real
(1998)
is
a tiny peice of newsprint with the word
"real" printed on it real? is
an image on a video screen real? what if
it's a live feed from a active camera?
does reality change when the same image is fed
from a recording? what if the image is
played on the screen from a recording and the
image is recorded by a camera and the new
recording is played on the screen? are
the lights on your computer screen forming an
image of real that you consider to be
real?
print the image of the word "real" from this
page with your computer printer and then
decide. if you write the word
"real" by hand is it the same
"real" as every one you see here on
your screen? could i continue asking
these questions until it just doesn't matter
anymore? |
